5.3 Is there any deadline for CORENET 2.0 onboarding exercise? What happens if I missed out to onboard my CORENET eSS account?

  • Current CORENET eSS users with NRIC type no action is required.
  • Current CORENET eSS users with FIN or Passport for CORENET eSS,, or users with multiple CORENET eSS accounts, onboarding is necessary. It is recommended for user to onboard your account as soon as possible so as not to disrupt any business transaction required in CORENET.

    What support can I expect to get for transitioning to CORENET 2.0?

    User guides and video tutorials will be made available to provide step-by-step instructions and guidance for user of the new CORENET 2.0 Portal and CORENET 2.0 ESPro.

    In addition, online briefing sessions which provide a walkthrough and demonstration of the new CORENET 2.0 Portal and CORENET 2.0 ESPro functionalities in March to April 2022.
