3.16 If there are correspondences for a project, will both QP and QPA receive the email notification?

In CORENET 2.0, only the QP will receive the email notification. It is advisable to add the QPA email address under alternate email address when adding the QP as a project member so the QPA will be notified of any updates on the project via his/her email.
